About Us
Quality Framing From Only the Best
All homes that we frame are built as if they are our own. Each day at work is another chance to become more efficient and build a better, stronger building. As building materials become more expensive and the resources used to make those materials become scarce, we take pride in our practice of minimizing unnecessary waste.
When you are looking for subcontractors to work on an investment such as a duplex or triplex, it is important to have quality framers who value time and the efficient use of materials. By working quickly and efficiently while avoiding wasted materials, Tightline Construction can help you keep the bottom line low and your profits high.
We have also spent some time working on larger apartment and condominium style projects as part of a larger group of framing crews responsible for specific areas in a construction project. While working in this type of job site we pay special attention to the safety of ourselves and other work crews by staying very alert and thinking ahead to avoid problems and maximize efficiency.
Adam Wilson, Owner & Framer
After building homes for my family, my friends, and many clients since, I have learned much about what people are looking for from their framers: High quality craftsmanship, efficient use of materials, flexibility, speed, and dedication. A few years back, one of my guys and I cringed at a phrase we heard someone else say- “It is what it is”. With framing, if something is not right, it gets fixed. We started using our own tongue and cheek phrase “perfect is good enough”. After a few years of saying it we actually adopted it as our true motto.
I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Science and Art Education at Northern Michigan University in 1998. After teaching in the public schools for three years, I missed the outdoors and was disappointed in the direction that education was heading. I started following the things that I enjoy and have now been building homes for years and I couldn’t be happier.
